International Shipping: We welcome International Buyers
and enjoy doing business with you! If you are a customer from overseas/ across
the border here are a few things to note:

International orders ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) Global
Express Mail - all packages are insured and trackable! (Insurance is included
FREE OF CHARGE)

The USPS website lists Global Express Mail as a 3-5 day service, but delays do
happen occasionally. We are not responsible for USPS or border/customs delays.

We do not charge any tax on items shipped outside of Wisconsin - our price is
for the item and the shipping ONLY (no taxes or other fees are included in our
quoted price and we do not collect taxes for other countries).

You are responsible for all import duties & taxes and any brokerage fees
according to the local laws and regulations of your country. We have no control
over these charges and we cannot calculate taxes for other countries, so please
check with your local customs office BEFORE you buy the item.

All Sales are Subject to Stock on Hand - We try to keep all of the products we
sell in-stock but occasionally there are supply-chain delays that create
backorders. If an item is not in stock when you purchase it, we will let you
know immediately and provide an estimation of how long the backorder may be.
You will then have the option to keep the order and wait for it to come in, or
cancel your order and be refunded immediately free of any cancel order fees.
Orders will ship within approximately 24 hours, upon credit card approval, for
in-stock items. Your credit card will not be charged for a backordered item
until the product has been shipped to you.
If your order contains both in-stock and out-of-stock items, in-stock items
will ship immediately while backordered items will remain on-order and ship
once received into stock. If we are unable to fulfill your backorder in a
timely fashion, we will cancel the order and notify you accordingly. You may
also cancel your backorder at any time.

Warranty & Replacements
If the item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will replace it within 30
days. Please email for an RMA#. Products cannot be returned without
authorization. Please write your RMA# clearly on the outer shipping box (not
the product box!).
After 30 days of the purchase date, all items that need to be returned for
repair will have to be sent directly to the manufacturer or warranty provider.

If you decide to return a product within the 30 day return period for a refund
please email or call for a return authorization number (RMA#). Products cannot
be returned without authorization. Please write your RMA# clearly on the outer
shipping box (not the product box!).
You must pay all return shipping costs, including insurance. (We strongly
recommend insuring the item!)
If the original shipping for your order was free the refund will be made less
our actual shipping charge.
All items must be returned in "as-new" condition in the original packaging
along with all accessories, owner’s manuals and documentation. If a product is
returned physically damaged/misused or missing accessories, a restocking fee
may apply.
Once the product arrives back to us the refund will post within 1-2 business
days.
Software Items: Due to Copyright Laws, we cannot accept any opened software for
return, refund, or exchange, or hardware that is bundled with registerable
software.

Also known as "B-Stock", these refer to items that have been unpacked for use
as demo units in our store and then reboxed. They have been fully tested and
carry a full warranty.
Items sold as "Demo / Reboxed" are clearly marked as such. Otherwise, all of
the products that we sell are new-in-box, factory sealed.

Academic versions of software are made available by many manufacturers to
students and teachers at reduced prices. They are exactly the same, in every
way, as the regular versions except for the discount pricing. In order to
qualify you must provide proof of academic status. Usually, this simply means
filling out a small form and sending along a photocopy of your student or
teacher ID either by email or fax (additional requirements may vary depending
on the manufacturer, so please refer to the specific product for details).
